Basil-Spinach Eggs:

Put pot on medium heat. Add eggs quickly.

Apply basil while eggs are cooking. Once eggs are almost finished, apply the diced spinach.

Use a little bit more oil to make sure everything is properly saturated/moisturized. Feel free to pour oil out after.

Once all dishes are in, add minimal salt.

Turn heat up to high and once the dish starts to sizzle turn heat off.

Some important notes:

*This is obviously vegetarian. Not that I would ever have any meat dishes. I guess this point is irrelevant. Cross out.

*Don’t add too much salt or you take away from the flavor of the combine spinach and basil.

*Feel free to add spices after if the subtle flavor doesn’t quite cut it for you. I did for that extra kick.
