Tripped and fell

I sprained my ankle again. Doing toprock. Fail. I seem to only sprain my ankle doing toprock/footwork; I’ve never sprained my ankle doing other stuff. To be honest, it had never completely healed from last time, and I could still feel pain from time to time. Ken told me a while ago that ankle sprains are usually do to overpronation of the foot, so I will definitely condition that as part of my rehabilitation exercises.

Guess I’m not running, heh. I think it’ll be fine. Not going to get to break for a while, but this will be a good time to build up strength and finally learn how to swim. I’ll do this over intersession.

Now the issue is how do I explain this to my parents they are totally going to FLIP OUT omfg sadface. :(
