Quite possibly the MOST unproductive day.
Food:
- Two clementines
- Omelet, 2 eggs with tomatoes and celeries
- Protein shake, x2
God, i need to eat more.
Worked out downstairs, did upperbody. Rows, facepulls, some db benching, and some curls. Was somewhat tired so didn’t really want to work out too hard. Just got the standard 20 mins in.
