Food:

Breakfast:

  •  Protein shake (2 scoops + 1/4 cup of milk)
  •  One medium spoon of peanut butter + 1 slice of honey wheat bread
  •  1 Clementine

Lunch:

  • Combo platter from silk road which is 2 balls of rice with:
  • two tea eggs, eggs and tomatoes, and steamed vegetables
  • 1 clementine

Dinner:

  • Stir-fry tofu with vegetables and three eggs

Exercise:

  • Danced for 1.5 hours.

I was planning to lift yesterday, but bad scheduling made me too tired. so I will have my max effort upper body this morning. Also, I think the amount of carbs that I ate wasn’t that much, so it was more like a low carb day. I think I will have no carbs today.
