Sunday 12/18

Food:

  • Morning: Some chocolates and a bun for breakfast
  • Lunch: Pasta with tofu and eggs (I made sure to get a lot of tofu and two eggs in here)
  • Dinner: Dumpings

One thing I dislike about being at home is, once again, not having great control over my diet. Thankfully I am back at Baltimore where I can decide what I eat. So, back to healthy eating!

Today (Monday) is a max effort lift day, so I may have a healthy carb day. Looking forward to it.

Weight is down to 160 lb as of this morning on an empty intestine and clean bowels. We will measure again next Monday.
