Saturday 12/17
Food:
- Finished off a bag of tortilla chips with queso.
- Protein shake (2 scoops)
- Rice noodles with egg and vegetables
- Hotpot, consisted of some tofu/soy meats and vegetables.
Since I went home, I didn’t have as much planning over my diet. Needless to say, until I get back tomorrow I will try to limit my carb intake, but other than that can’t do much else.
No exercise either. I miss my box of clementines.
