Thursday 12/15

  • Two clementines
  • Omelette of 3 whole eggs + some egg whites with tomatoes and celeries inside
  • Protein shake ~ 50g
  • A spoon of peanut butter

I ate some fruit on what I had planned to be no carbs, but I don’t think its a big deal. I ended up not eating dinner since I just went to bed. No exercise on Thursday either.
